Change of Mind
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Return
Email us at admin@thesnugclub.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for returns that don’t arrive back to our Brisbane HQ. This gives you peace of mind and ensures your parcel gets to us safely.

Items marked Final Sale or custom pre-orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.
